Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Guests may cancel their booking up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
- No-Show: If the guest does not arrive and fails to cancel, no refund will be issued.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to verification and approval by the property management.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days.
Any payment gateway charges or processing fees are non-refundable.
